Why blog at all?
Now I feel I should address the nature in which my blogs will most likely follow. There will most likely be no logical pattern from one blog to the next, (who needs to follow a logical pattern these days anyway) some will be rambles on any old thing that I happen to think of simple because I fancy a bit of writing, others may be focused on issues that are close to my heart and that I want to do something about to change in the world, others may be about my passion and love for something and a positive but focused ramble and others may even just be an expression of a poem that I wish to write and I may just write it on here because lets face it, this is instant and free publication in its most raw. Also, as a student this is a free and simple way for me to manage those moments of time when I'm not practicing for a part or a piece or I am indeed not at a student party which apparently is still all that we do because we can all afford to do that all of the time can't we. We can't really, that last sentence was laden with sarcasm but I understand that the typed form of sarcasm is even less distinguishable than the vocalised form. Vocalised, a good word that, I do like it, however, I object to the fact that my computer is currently trying to make me replace the 's' with a 'z' because that is how the Americans spell it. Nothing against the Americans there, just we spell it differently here in Britain and it would be nice if my British laptop understood that and wasn't trying to dictate my spelling to me when I am quite certain I don't need the assistance with these words. Small rant. Do excuse me for I am prone to a good rant sometimes, helps to get all that weight off of your chest doesn't it. I say it is just healthy for people to rant about things.
Anyways I feel that this first blog of mine may just be taking a little too long to read at this point for you wonderful people out there on the world wide web. Apart from those of you who are not wonderful, you don't count. I will leave it on this fond fair well for those I know and those I don't. Take care and enjoy.
